To Get Your Home Sold?
Having your home expire is a terribly frustrating experience. You thought you interviewed well and hired the right agent. There is a bit more to it, which you’ve probably found out by now.
The agent you chose must have a Marketing Strategy in place to be successful selling your property. What I’ve found (I’ve worked with many Expireds) is that the typical agent’s idea of servicing their listings include entering the listing into the local Multiple Listing Service, and the remainder of their Marketing Strategy looks something like this:

- A Few Classified Ads In Local Papers
- A Couple Of Open Houses
So, their Marketing Strategy might consist of approximately three tactics. Three tactics any Real Estate Agent worth his Real Estate License would tell you do not sell homes. But it’s unreasonable to think that you would know this. It’s sort of an industry secret. So secret, in fact, that most of the average agents out there don’t even realize it.
